Business Analysis has become an important and rather indispensable part of any business without which success cannot be achieved. Business analysis training would help in:

  • Beginning: Make the business case for the project.
  • Discovery: perform investigation leading to an understanding of the solution’s desired behaviour. Requirements analysis peaks during this phase but never disappears completely. During this phase, architectural proof of concepts is also constructed.
  • Construction: Complete the analysis and design, code, put together, and test the software
  • Final V & V: execute final testing before the product or service is transitioned into production. (While final testing occurs in this phase, testing activities may occur throughout the SDLC, for example, before design or as a replacement for it.)
  • Closeout: Manage and organize deployment into production and close the IT project.

The objective of Business Analysis training is to assess the impact of the project on the business environment by recognizing business services and processes affected by the change and exploring the impact of the change on interactions across the business boundary. If the initial request was for a change in an IT service or component (for example, to replace software or hardware), use this training to analyze the upstream impact of the change (for instance, replacing an IT component) on the business.
Business Analysis training would help:

  • Identify key competencies for the organisation
  • Model the As-Is and To-Be enterprise architecture
  • Perform consumer value analysis
  • Plan for process management
  • Identify the To-Be IT architecture
  • Recognize the significance of service-oriented architecture
  • Manage the project portfolio
  • Recognize the importance of impact analyses, risk analyses and feasibility studies

Senior business analysts are progressively more involved in pre-project activities to ensure that solutions to business problems reflect the organisation’s business strategy. Through business analysis training, the senior business analyst becomes a very important contributor to helping the organisation determine sound investments and improve its project portfolio. These activities ensure the organisation can maximise the return on investment, reduce duplication of efforts across the organisation, and realign business operations to meet executive management’s strategy.

Business Analysis certification course is a highly developed course designed to provide you with the knowledge you require to begin working as part of a strategic enterprise analysis team. In particular, the course covers the chief activities of strategic business analysis that must be conducted to study the enterprise architecture.

Business Analysis helps in analysing core competencies, performing consumer value analysis, performing process management, examining the IT architecture, and assessing the project portfolio. It also examines the impact of service oriented architecture on the enterprise architecture. Attendees would understand the steps for modeling the as-is and to-be enterprise architectures and how the to-be business architecture contributes to the overall project portfolio. They would also understand the significance of conducting an impact analysis, risk analysis and feasibility study

The knowledge academy works with think tanks and individuals around the world to advance a vision of a society of free and dependable individuals.
